| How do i get Mobile Tides on my phone? |
| Getting Mobile Tides on your mobile phone is easy, just follow these simple steps: |

1. Subscribe Online: Using your internet browser, enter your contact and billing information and select your subscription plan. |

2. Select your Default Location: Using your unique mobile phone, browse the database of tide locations and select the one best suited for your needs. |
| |
3. Download Tide Information: Allow your mobile phone to access the Mobile Tides download site and begin downloading the tide information. |
| |
4. Access Tide Data: Mobile Tides can now be found in your phone's 'Applications' or 'Tools' area. Launch it as you would any other program. |

| Will Mobile Tides work on my phone? |
| We are constantly adding new phones to our list of Supported Devices. Please check to see if your phone is on the list and feel free to send us a request if it is not.

| What if my phone does not get reception where I will be using Mobile Tides? |
| Because it uses information stored on your cell phone, Mobile Tides will function normally regardless of your phone's signal quality. You will only need to have a signal when downloading tide information or changing your default location. |

| Do you provide tide data for my area? |
| We have worked hard to create a database of thousands of tide locations worldwide. Although we cannot claim to cover the entire globe, there is a good chance that we can provide accurate tide graphs for your local area. Please check our Coverage Map to make sure your area is supported. |

| Can I get tide data for my travel destination? |
| Yes. At any time, you can follow the steps within the Mobile Tides application to change your default location to get tide information for your travel destination. |

| How do I change my default location? |
| While using Mobile Tides, the bottom right button will bring you back to the Default Location Selection Area. From there, repeat the process of selecting a default location for the new Tide station. |
